We noticed that the website said " Currently, the CONTRA family includes." It also stated " An RNA secondary structure folder. A multiple sequence de novo gene predictor." The header had contra as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by contralign, contrafold, and contrast which isn't as ranked as highly as contra.
